Davenport Island is located in Huntington Harbour in Huntington Beach, California. It contains over 400 waterfront homes and features two bays, Weatherly and Christiana. The nearest cross streets are Warner and Algonquin.Many homes on Davenport Island have boat slips and views of the bay. Houses feature three and four bedrooms and up to three and a half baths. Most houses were built from 1968 to present. At the foot of the bridge on Davenport Lane is the small, local beach residents enjoy. The sand is not smooth there; it includes numerous broken seashells that create a rough texture.

Huntington Beach, California - Construction began on the Huntington Harbour complex in 1963. Two islands, Admiralty and Gilbert, were included in the first phase of development. Every year, during the Christmas season, the Harbour residents present a “Cruise of Lights” by dressing up their boats with lights and decorations for a parade through the Harbour.
